Once you have completed this form, if an email does not arrive in your INBOX do not automatically assume that it hasn't arrived and try the form again. First check your spam folders. When you do received the email, make sure you CLICK THE LINK that is in the email to activate the password, otherwise the new password won't work. If then you have not received an email within 24 hours try the form again, and a member of the admin staff will look into the issue further. This will send a signal to the admin staff to look into the problem.
