One of the questions that we get frequently is: “Where do you get your armor?”. The answer usually comes as a surprise: We make it ourselves!

This section of our wiki will help explain to you how the costumes come together. We've divided it into 2 sections: Vacuum Forming and Resin Casting.

Vacuum Forming is a process by which sheets of plastic are heated up and then pulled down over a sculpture with a powerful vacuum.

Resin Casting is when a liquid is poured into a mold which then hardens with time and can be removed from the mold as a solid.
