The garrison has run into issues in the past trooping at large sporting events due to the length of the troop and the nature of some of the potentially rowdy fans in the crowd. Some things to consider:

  • Make sure that your point of contact (POC) at the event is aware of the garrison's needs and what we are able to safely provide. Some of these things to consider may include:
  1. Breaktime and in-costume troop time for troopers
  2. Impact of extreme weather
  3. Low demands on “stunts”
  4. Support Staff or Wrangler needs
  5. Water
  6. Changing Space
  7. Coverage for parking (reserved, reimbursed)
